Skid Mounted Pumping Systems
Carbis can design, produce, and integrate skid- mounted pumping systems into any job site, even those with smaller spaces. Carbis will manufacture, wire, and test the system before it ships. Upon arrival, the system is ready to set up and use within a very short time.
Our high-quality systems help solve processing issues while remaining efficient. Carbis’ team of engineers uses the most updated CAD design software. We don’t cut corners when it comes to manufacturing our pumping systems, so we will meet your exact specifications and offer creative solutions to satisfy your specific needs.
Here are some particular areas in which we can help:
Chemical Feed Systems, available in a wide range of designs, will result in an assembled, piped, wired, and tested system ready for immediate installation.
Chemical Metering Pump Skids – for accurate injection, blending, sampling, mixing, or treatment of a liquid or chemical
Chemical Transfer Systems are available in single pumps or multiples, stand-alones, or mounted on skids. Our staff is knowledgeable about everything from control panels to piping to flow meters, so your system will be exactly what you need for your application.
Water and Wastewater Chemical Metering packages work with wastewater requirements. Carbis has experience with chemical metering using conductivity, polymer, pH controls, and ORP (oxidation reduction potential) technologies.
pH Control / Aggressive Chemical metering systems are no problem for Carbis. All components that come in contact with chemicals are chosen for their specific chemical compatibility. Our engineers have dealt with some of the most aggressive chemicals out there: caustic soda, urea, sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, peroxide, and more.
Polymer Makedown and Feed Systems - Carbis offers complete systems that can be skid-mounted for polymer storage tanks or silo systems, metering pumps with special chemical blenders, or integrated control panels.
Heat Transfer Skids can be designed for helipad snowmelt applications. These skids employ a glycol mix to clear the helipad of ice and snow.
Cooling Skids are ideal for large industrial electrical panels, power generators, and manufacturing equipment. Carbis uses cooling towers, chillers, plate and frame exchangers, airflow radiators, and a variety of pumps in these systems.
