Carbis’ skid-mounted chemical metering systems are self-contained, corrosion-resistant, extremely accurate, and simple to install. Each system is custom engineered to meet your specific needs. All of our systems are engineered for accurate injection, blending, metering, mixing, or treatment of any liquid or chemical. Our chemical metering skids can work with diaphragm and progressive cavity pumping systems, among others.
Metering pumps are used in applications with high system pressure, low system flow rates, and systems that require high flow accuracy. Positive displacement is used to pump the liquid while flow rates can be manually or automatically adjusted, and the ability to self-prime is required. Our metering pumps have precise and consistent flow, plus they can handle a wide range of chemicals.
